About the Role
Principal Consultants are senior members of the Business Consulting team who offer expertise, resources, and guidance to help clients succeed and drive business value with their Neocol Project implementation.
Duties include working directly with our clients, analyzing and planning business strategy, gaining stakeholder alignment, as well as advising clients on our optimal solutions and approaches throughout sales and project delivery cycles.

Outcomes
In the first 90 days you will accomplish the following:
Build a strong lasting relationship with our customers by supporting their business initiatives while delivering successful projects
Identify new opportunities based on pain points and gaps in existing projects and strategic accounts
Provide industry/domain expertise to advise prospects and customers
Day to day responsibilities
Trusted Advisor - build a long-term, profitable partnership with our clients to ensure their key business objectives are met with a quantifiable outcome by identifying use cases and solutions.
Project Execution Oversight - provide oversight on client projects by working with the Neocol delivery team to ensure quality deliverables. Key activities include defining and driving project approach, monitoring and adjusting resource planning based on client needs, and working with the client stakeholders on milestone and scope management.
Account Management and Sales Support - as a trusted advisor, support existing and prospective clients identify new opportunities to grow their business using Neocol capabilities and best practices. Key activities include identifying new business opportunities, working with sales to define overall solution and resource plan to meet client needs, and developing commercial agreements such as SOWs and Change Orders.

8+ years of business consulting experience
3-5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience
Has understanding of Subscription-Based Organizations
Revenue Cloud Certification (CPQ & Billing)
3-5 years Hands on experience building CPQ & Billing
