What you will do:

  • Leverage a broad and deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to help us plan our roadmap, including building new functionality, addressing technical debt, and knowing what to build off-platform
  • Grow and manage a team of software engineers, providing a safe, inclusive environment that engages and fosters excellence
  • Design and build solutions to support existing and new functionality for our loan origination and servicing platform.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX specialists to translate business and UI requirements into technical implementation specifications.
  • Perform hands-on development leveraging Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, taking into account best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, limitations, and industry-specific considerations (e.g. regulatory compliance, security guidelines, etc.)
  • Review code contributions across the team and suggest ways to improve and optimize the platform.
  • Participate in the internal engineering community and help further the strong product engineering culture.

What you should have:

  • 5+ years leading teams and helping ICs to grow and excel
  • 7+ years of hands-on quality, engineering operations, or engineering productivity experience
  • An ability to work backward and understand which problems to tackle – for the company, for our customers, and for the Engineering team
  • A depth and breadth of skills – our approach of small but mighty requires team members to be comfortable learning and growing their skills and knowledge
