Boomi is searching for an experienced Sales/GTM Recruiter based in Vancouver, Canada.
The first year will focus on building our Inside Sales team primarily based in Vancouver. You'll be part of a high-performing TA team that is collaborative and kind to one another. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, takes pride in their work, and drives the process with a sense of urgency. They value diversity and provide an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
What You Will Do
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for each candidate, evaluate skill level, and drive the interview and offer process
• Act as an advisor to Sales leadership with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset
• Maintain data integrity within our ATS Greenhouse
• Prioritize building diverse teams and ensuring a fair and equitable experience
• Build and manage the candidate pipeline for assigned roles
• Support the implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives
The Experience You Bring
• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience and proven history of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships
• Passion for providing a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
• Self-driven and skilled at operating with a sense of urgency
• Superior negotiating and closing skills and navigating complex offers
• Process orientation, self-organized and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in a high-growth tech environment
• Experience recruiting Sales positions, ideally within a SaaS organization
