SAP Functional Solutions Architect (FICO)

We have an immediate need for an SAP Functional Solutions Architect (FICO):

• The role is full time & fully remote, but the candidate must be based in the UK, Ireland or South Africa
• Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers.
• Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues.

Who You Are

• SAP Certification is preferred
• 14+ years of SAP FICO, S/4HANA Finance and CFIN configuration experience
• 2+ years SAP management experience (project/program management/team lead etc.) OR similar customer focused relationship management experience
• Finance experience: Treasury, E-invoicing, Asset Accounting, US GAAP, IAS
• Controlling experience: CCA, PCA, PC (ML), COPA, PS, etc.
• SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
• SAP FICO experience in IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) and IS-R (Industry Solution for Retail)
• Excellent communicator

What You'll Do

• Experience managing SAP FICO ticket resolution
• Work with other senior SAP colleagues on complex international SAP issues
• Ensuring incident tickets are resolved in a timely fashion and to the highest level
• Account Manager and first point of escalation for assigned customers
• SLA and Monthly Management reporting
• Support our EMEA Sales colleagues with presales meetings, questions and presentations
• Ad hoc SAP Finance project work
