SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities
Location: Primarily remote with monthly travel to Kansas City MO required
Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Federal government security clearance

SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant is responsible for leading requirements validation workshops development of functional design and UAT test scripts and assist in training development.

SAP sales order process including design configuration testing and deployment of end to end purchase order process. Integration with procurement Finance and Funds management modules is required.

As a managing consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills work across different disciplines take on new challenges and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven (7) or more years of SAP experience and possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area.
• Experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP APO to execute demand forecasting and supply planning. Advanced SAP consulting experience with the Ability to provide technical expertise in designing configuring and customizing within SAP SD supply planning functionality.
• Provide SD expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition in support of upgrade.
• Provide configuration data migration interface and functional support as necessary. Lead design of SD interfaces conversion programs reports and enhancements.
• S/4HANA certification

This is a primarily remote role; however monthly travel to Kansas City MO will be required for team meetings project collaboration or other in-person engagements.
This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance with the US Federal government

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Previous experience in Department of Energy or other federal agency projects is a plus
