Sr. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Senior OCM Consultant has in-depth knowledge and experience with OCM theories and models such as Prosci ADKAR etc. and experience developing and conducting OCM assessments and plans. They understand human behavior motivation and group dynamics to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders including identifying the specific changes impacted each group. The consultant can understand the needs of the stakeholders and coordinates with the communication and training specialists to deliver a holistic OCM implementation plan. The OCM plan should include but not limited to Coaching OCM Training Resistance Engagements Communications and Sponsor Roadmap. They should be able to identify and support KPIs and metrics to measure success of the change initiatives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher (US Citizenship is require
• Bachelors Degree w/ 7+ years of experience
• Strong consulting skillset
• Microsoft Office Suite Slack Webex etc.
• Ability to individually create and drive initiatives forward
• Strong verbal and written skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Prosci or other OCM Certifications
• Experience with ADDIE
• DoD Active Secret Clearance
