This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead Consultant in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact, global payroll transformation initiatives in a fully remote environment. You will guide organizations through the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations, providing strategic leadership and hands-on expertise. The position requires managing integrations, configuring payroll components, and ensuring compliance across diverse global environments. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to solve complex payroll challenges, deliver training, and drive scalable, repeatable solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strong client-facing skills, thrives in dynamic cross-functional projects, and has a passion for streamlining payroll operations at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) across global environments
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and configure payroll components including wage types, deductions, and schemas
- Oversee and manage integrations between ECP and internal/external systems to ensure seamless operations
- Provide strategic guidance, hands-on configuration expertise, and troubleshooting for complex payroll issues
- Ensure compliance with global payroll regulations and best practices
- Deliver training and ongoing support to business users, enhancing adoption and operational efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on payroll-related projects, ensuring successful outcomes
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant functional area
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, global SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP Payroll, including payroll integrations
- Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot complex payroll scenarios
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in global payroll processes
