Job Description:

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the squads.
• Guide and coach the squads on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

• Experience in a scrum master role in software development, web development leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum principles and practices, techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• General conceptual understanding of programming, DB querying, APIs, clou.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
