You’ll love our position if you have (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit):

• You have 3+ years of Scrum Master Experience leading technical delivery projects (front-end web development, back-end development, etc.) and managing agile delivery teams
• You have a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• You have 2+ years of experience using JIRA and Confluence
• You enjoy coaching team members on the concepts of Agile
• You have experience working with cross functional teams (UI/UX, backend, data, etc.) in a remote/virtual environment 
• You have experience using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) approaches
• You have the ability to coach the team in TDD/BDD practices
• You have the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability 

We’ll REALLY love you if you have (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out):

• You are interested in stepping into Project Management and People Management responsibilities
• You are able to adapt to rapid and unanticipated changes
• You have a current SAFe Agilist and/or Agile Coach certification
• You have acted as a Release Train Engineer for a large enterprise level technical development effort
• You have experience in facilitating Agile workshops in a remote/virtual environment
