In this Scrum Team Lead role, you will support the Digital Product Lifecycle (DPLC) initiative which is designed to transform the speed and effectiveness of product development by employing modern digital platforms to radically accelerate adoption of proven practices in Model-Based Engineering. You will also support the enablement of connected workflows across the product life-cycle to unlock new insights and efficiencies. These efforts will ultimately position Collins as the most intelligent, most connected, most responsive solution provider in the A&D industry.
You will work with a team of diverse professionals to develop and execute our enterprise approach to manage cyber threats and compliance risk in the Collins OT environments. You will lead a Scrum project team in the design, build, and deployment of security solutions across these Collins-unique environments, while also providing governance and ensuring adherence to security best practices. The responsibilities will include providing both hands-on security engineering and consulting-type roles.
You'll manage tasks across a wide range of critical priorities, and provide technical expertise on projects, handle troubleshooting and escalations. You will enhance relationships with partner organizations, including the Raytheon (RTX) cyber team, Collins Digital Technology (DT) and with the businesses. You will support several cross-cutting initiatives, including digital transformation and smart factory investments.
This individual can sit at any Collins Aerospace domestic location or remote.

The salary range for this role is $107,000.00 to $225,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for deploying architectures and security solutions at scale to enable secure automation of DPLC technologies in the factory environment
- Leverages multiple Digital Technology solutions, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Network Access Control (NAC), Active Directory (AD) Services, Endpoint Protection (EPP), Network Segmentation, and Vulnerability Management (VM) to implement OT security solutions
- Performs onsite evaluations of deployment areas for hardware needs
- Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems
- Provides definition, design, and expertise on Collins' OT security framework
- Provides troubleshooting to find solutions to complex problems
- Appropriately balances standards and requirements with business needs
- Partners with Scrum Master to ensure outcome, delivery, and execution of project align to defined Sprints
- Ensures transparency during the Sprint through regular standup meetings
- Regularly communicates up, down and across all layers of the organization
- Maintains strong relationships across DT to promote alignment with partners and effective execution of the mission
- 20-30% travel is expected
- Global travel anticipated
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
- Cyber engineering or operations expertise, preferably with a background in one or more of the following: manufacturing, IOT, SCADA and/or industrial controls.
- Familiarity with industry standards for OT security (e.g., Purdue model, NIST 800-82)
- Experience with leading small to medium teams
- Solid understanding of:
- Isolation and segmentation strategies
- Network Firewall/Proxy and Endpoint security
- Dynamic Objects (Non-Static Endpoints/Servers)
- RMF OR CMMC/DFARS Compliance
- Frameworks NAC/ISE (Cisco)
- PowerShell/Python/Other scripting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile Project Management
- Background in aerospace technology, manufacturing, or adjacent industries
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously and able to operate with minimal supervision in a highly visible, high-pressure environment
- Ability to manage urgent and competing priorities with distributed teams
- Strong technical and executive communications skills
- Eligibility for a clearance with US DOD
- Strong speaking skills, ability to translate between Engineers/PMs/Leadership
- Aptitude for project management, problem solving and change management
