Core Focuses for the Position:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Customer Trust Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the security questionnaire processes for Quickbase. You will work cross-functionally with internal SMEs to gather and provide accurate and timely responses to Third-Party requests, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Duties:
•Coordinate and manage the security questionnaire process end-to-end while meeting SLA expectations.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and legal teams, to gather necessary information for questionnaire responses.
•Review and understand security questionnaires, identifying the requirements and mapping them to company policies, practices, and controls.
•Follow SME guidance on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to information security and privacy.
•Maintain a content library of questionnaire responses, ensuring they reflect the most current information.
•Assist in developing and improving security questionnaire response templates and processes.
•Identify and communicate potential risks or gaps in security questionnaire responses, and work with relevant teams to address them.

Education Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience We're Assessing on Your Resume:
•3+ year of professional experience in business writing and/or technical writing, ideally for a SaaS/aPaaS product
•Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles (e.g., Encryption, Pen Testing, Business Continuity) and frameworks (e.g., SOC, DFARS, NIST)
•Previous experience managing security questionnaires or similar compliance- related activities
•Experience with content management tool (Loopio, RFPio)
•Experience with Salesforce or similar CMS
