As a Security DevOps Engineer, you will securely bring planet-scale services into production and keep them running with high availability.

• You will deploy and manage systems to enable end-to-end encrypted meetings for end users, as well as internal platforms to enable secure deployments throughout Zoom.
• Others write the service code, but you get to architect how to deploy it securely with maximum automation, and you will help design how to best keep the lights on.
• You have experience shipping and running services in cloud environments, with a focus on AWS.
• You have a deep understanding of how cloud services can be secured, and you are able to articulate to others how they can better achieve best practices.
• You understand cryptography and PKI, especially as it pertains to TLS/SSL. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining security infrastructure and continuously driving the organization toward better standards.

Summary:

• Architecting large scale production systems
• Deploying existing and new security infrastructure
• Automate CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments
• Design highly available systems with disaster recovery strategies
• Collaborate with the Security team on PKI

What you'll be doing:

• Hands-on cloud experience, AWS preferred
• IaC - Terraform , CloudFormation, etc
• Microservice architecture/orchestration - Kubernetes /K8S/ECS
• Secret/credential management - HashiCorp Vault
• Cryptography/PKI - SSL, TLS certificate management
• Access Control Policy/RBAC
• Linux /Unix system administration
• Bash or shell scripting
• Software development/coding experience
• SQL/ MySQL /PostgreSQL database querying experience

Nice-to-have's:

• Azure, GCP, OCI
• Datacenter administration
• Metrics/Statistics - Prometheus , Grafana
• Monitoring/Logging - ELK , ElasticSearch, Kibana
