Job Description

Found is a modern weight care platform and community focused on integrated support. According to a recent CDC study, nearly 50% of Americans want to lose weight, and on average, Americans have gained 30 lbs during the pandemic. But the existing weight loss industry focuses on shame - if you don’t have the willpower to eat less and workout more, you aren’t trying hard enough.

Modern science shows us that weight care is complex - food and movement are important, but so are hormones, genetics, sleep, stress, mental health, and daily habits. Found’s unique approach incorporates personalized coaching, an online community, and if indicated, medical and prescription solutions.

Research shows that addressing weight health reduces the long-term risk of diabetes, heart disease, and some forms of cancer. We believe in giving our community tools that will help them add years to their lives and reach their goals.  We believe it’s not just what you’ve lost, it’s what you’ve Found.  Found has raised more than $130mm from leading investors, including Atomic, GV, WestCap, IVP, TCG, Define Ventures and more.

The Opportunity

Found’s SEM channel is rapidly scaling. As part of the growth and marketing team, you will focus on how to test, learn, and optimize the channel to drive performance at scale. This role will work with growth/marketing, design, product, and engineering to achieve revenue targets, lead continuous experimentation, and achieve operational excellence in our SEM programs.

This is your chance to join one of the most innovative businesses in the United States and build the Search Engine Marketing function from scratch. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, data-driven search marketing professional to step up to the next level of their career.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify SEM growth opportunities and scale the program from the ground up, proactively taking ownership of everything from keyword research and account structure to budget recommendations and more
  • Analyze SEM-specific and broader marketing channel data to identify actionable insights
  • Work collaboratively with data, design, product and engineering teams to improve performance, tools, processes, etc
  • Improve and optimize landing page experience to maximize conversion
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in SEM
  • Design and analyze experiments
  • Write compelling adverts

What you have:

  • 2+ years of experience working on SEM at scale – either in-house or agency
  • Knowledge in Search Engine Marketing platforms, primarily Google Ads
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • A pattern of innovation and ability to show thought leadership in SEM
  • Problem solving - the ability to analyze large amounts of data and produce actionable insights
  • Results driven – work to and be motivated by revenue targets
  • Highly organized and a self-starter
  • Ownership - enjoy working cross-functionally to develop solutions to business problems
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in presenting data
  • Subject matter expertise in Search Engine Marketing platforms
  • Experience in running and interpreting tests – for example ad testing, A/B or multivariate
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • PTO, company-paid holidays, parental leave
  • 401K, wellness and wifi perks
  • Flexible, remote-first work culture
