Senior Account Based Marketing Manager

Developers, Data Science, and Product teams trust People Data Labs to power their products, fuel predictive modeling, conduct analysis, drive revenue, and more. We work with highly technical teams as their engineering-focused data partner.
The Opportunity
The Marketing team at People Data Labs is looking for a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to work in close collaboration with our marketing and sales teams to build out our ABM strategy from the ground up. This role will be crucial for People Data Labs as we continue to scale and grow within our enterprise account segment. This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive ABM strategy from the ground up to engage senior data science, data engineering and product leaders
- Build and maintain a close partnership with sales team members and sales leadership to ensure tight campaign alignment and follow-up throughout the buyer’s journey
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive opportunities at our top-tier accounts
- Work closely with Content, Design, and Product Marketing to develop cohesive, impactful ABM campaigns
About You
- ABM practitioner: You have at least 5 years of experience building, optimizing, and scaling ABM at high-growth startups that has made a measurable impact on opportunity creation and pipeline growth
- Exceptional communication skills: You are an excellent verbal and written communicator, and you understand how to socialize campaigns and get buy-in from the sales and leadership teams
- Tight collaboration: You proactively build relationships with other stakeholders across the company, and go out of your way to ensure you’ve got the right decision makers at every stage of campaign development
- Commercial acumen: You obsess about what moves the needle for opportunity creation within our top-tier accounts, rather than focusing on vanity metrics
- Thirsty to learn about the space: Constantly gaining intelligence on existing and new competitors, eager to consume podcasts and webinars or read relevant reports to keep your finger on the pulse of our industry and the ones we sell to. When you don’t know how to do something, you just find a way to learn about it
- Data-driven: You are passionate about using data from Salesforce and Marketo, and partnering closely with our analytics and operations teams to optimize our ABM strategy
- A true challenger: You’re not scared to challenge the status quo and guide our marketing strategy, working closely with senior leadership
- You have bias for action: You get a buzz out of crossing things off your to-do list, you have the “get it done” attitude
