This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth within a high-performing sales team focused on mid-market customers. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent pipeline development and revenue growth
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer success, and solution engineering teams, to drive successful outcomes
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying high-potential opportunities aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations that address client needs and pain points
  • Utilize multiple channels such as cold outreach, social selling, and networking to generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline status within CRM systems
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in SaaS and digital marketing technologies
  • Continuously refine sales approaches and product knowledge to improve performance and conversion rates
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales within the North American market
    • At least 2 years of experience selling to mid-market or large mid-market organizations
    • Background in martech, adtech, or data technology, with knowledge of industry competitors
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Self-motivated with a high level of ownership, accountability, and resilience
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
    • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar sales tools
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
    • Comfortable operating in a remote work environment and collaborating across time zones
