This role is a high-impact, enterprise sales opportunity focused on driving growth across a portfolio of infrastructure management solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. You will be responsible for expanding strategic relationships within Fortune 5000 accounts while also identifying and closing new business opportunities in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment. The position requires a strong consultative sales approach, with a focus on executive-level engagement and long-term value creation. You will work closely with internal technical, product, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer infrastructure and security needs. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will manage large, high-value deals ranging from $100K to over $1M in ARR/ACV. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in enterprise software sales and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.
Accountabilities:
- Manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers, including Fortune 5000 accounts, ensuring long-term revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships across customer organizations to identify expansion and new business opportunities.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across infrastructure management and enterprise software solutions.
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving internal stakeholders, partners, and client decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and close net-new opportunities while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Collaborate with indirect partner networks to strengthen pipeline development and accelerate deal closure.
- Manage opportunities ranging from mid-market expansion deals to large enterprise contracts valued between $100K and $1M+.
- Work closely with internal teams across product, technical, and customer success functions to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting within CRM systems.
- Travel as required to support customer engagement and deal progression.
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales targeting Fortune 5000 or equivalent large enterprise accounts.
- Strong background in selling infrastructure management, enterprise security, or related technical software solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in complex, subscription-based sales environments.
- Experience working with indirect partner channels and leveraging partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong executive relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across technical and business audiences.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory.
- Base salary range of $138,000–$163,000 with uncapped commission (50/50 split structure)
