This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Strategic Enterprise SDR based in the United States.

This is a high-impact, enterprise-focused outbound sales role designed for a top-performing SDR who thrives in complex, high-value environments. You will be responsible for breaking into large enterprise accounts with significant software spend, engaging senior procurement and decision-making stakeholders, and generating qualified pipeline through strategic outbound efforts. The role combines creativity, persistence, and strong commercial instincts to open doors in highly competitive markets. You will work across multiple channels—phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach—while leveraging modern sales tools and data-driven targeting strategies. This is a highly collaborative position, working closely with senior sales leadership and enablement teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and accelerate pipeline generation. Accountabilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting into large enterprise organizations, focusing on high-spend accounts and senior procurement or decision-maker stakeholders.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and other creative prospecting techniques to generate qualified meetings.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities by identifying key personas and tailoring messaging to complex organizational structures.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales Development leadership and enablement teams to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and positioning.
  • Leverage modern sales tools and platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Orum) to improve targeting, efficiency, and conversion rates.
  • Contribute feedback from the field to improve messaging, outreach sequencing, and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
  • Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity SDR/BDR role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environment.
    • Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets, particularly in cold calling-driven motions.
    • Experience engaging U.S.-based enterprise prospects and navigating complex sales cycles.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence senior stakeholders.
    • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection in a performance-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, resourceful mindset.
    • Coachable, curious, and eager to continuously improve sales techniques and commercial effectiveness.
