You will play a key role in driving upsell opportunities, improving conversion rates, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Accountabilities:

  • Own performance and revenue growth across a portfolio of 60+ active customer accounts and branch locations
  • Drive adoption of financing solutions by engaging directly with contractors and decision-makers across multiple organizational levels
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term customer value
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing engagement
  • Monitor account health, identify risk factors, and proactively implement strategies to improve satisfaction and usage
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, lender operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Prepare and deliver regular account performance reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Support onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth transition and early success
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to client teams on platform usage and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, customer success strategies, and internal playbooks

  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of account management experience, including at least 2+ years in home services, lending, financing, or related industries
    • Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and driving revenue growth within existing accounts
    • Experience working with point-of-sale financing, home improvement services, or financial products strongly preferred
    • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and solid Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau is a plus
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and large groups
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion cycles
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving business needs
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including overnight trips
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

    • Benefits:

      • Annual base salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 USD
      • Eligibility for performance-based bonus and commission
      • Equity in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
      • Retirement savings plan with company participation
      • Paid time off, sick leave, and parental leave programs
      • Flexible benefits package including additional employee support programs
      • Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly scaling organization
