What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare monthly close journal entries and accrual entries
- Support accounting team with the month end close process
- Prepares monthly balance sheets reconciliations
- Responsible for payroll, payroll liability reconciliations, accrued liability reconciliations and others as needed
- Provides external auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit
- Verifies and/or reviews invoices associated with specific departments
- Assist in system implementations and maintenance as needed
- Improve systems and procedures through documentation and process improvement
- Contribute to the team’s development of accounting processes and implementation of best practice accounting practices
What we expect from you:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Understanding of financial accounting
- Three to five years of Accounting experience
- Team player and adaptable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
The target salary range for this position is $95,000 - $126,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
