The Opportunity

This position works out of our [Egypt office] in the international finance operation division Center of excellence (COE)

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare invoices and expense statements for data entry and post to BPCS
• AP Accounting for middle east countries.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments (including all company divisions) on all queries relating to Accounts Payable
• Payment to vendors as per company policy
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations
• Prepare the information requested by internal and external Auditors & deal with queries arising
• Ensuring the integrity of internal financial controls
• Projects & Other Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely month end close for corporate reporting.
• Inter-company processing and reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance-REQUIRED
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• 6 years of experience preferred in AP
• Preferred past experience with Shared Services.
• knowledge of ERP & SAP4HANA - PREFERRED
• Strong knowledge of accounting.
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive nature.
• Reasonable skill level on Excel, Word & Outlook.
