Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with strong data analytics and reports / process automation expertise to join our team and transform complex datasets integrating them in our Accounting System. We also expect this professional to have a solid background in month-end close processes and accounting.

Location : Sao Paulo - Brazil

What You Will Do:

• Leverage data across different software extracting and manipulating large datasets to integrate in our Accounting System ensuring accuracy and integrity.

• Automate accounting and financial processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with financial and accounting processes.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for process improvements and conduct root cause analysis of financial anomalies and recommend corrective actions.

• Support the accounting operations for the Brazilian entity.

You’ll Succeed With:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables macros and complex formulas.

• Proficiency in data manipulation and automation tools with desirable knowledge in   SQL Python and Snowflake.

• Strong understanding of financial principles accounting standards and budgeting processes.

• Exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving skills a keen eye for detail and able to identify patterns trends and anomalies in the data.

• Fluent English.

Nice to Have (optional):

• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

• Experience with Workday is a plus.
