Senior Node.js Backend Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, ensuring high performance and reliability across critical systems
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of microservices-based platforms supporting real-time applications and APIs
• Build and deploy new features and products using agile methodologies, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Optimize backend systems for scalability, low latency, and high availability as user demand grows
• Implement strong security practices across all backend components to safeguard systems and user data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate databases, third-party services, and blockchain-related technologies
• Continuously improve system performance, code quality, and development processes through best practices and innovation

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript, with experience building complex backend systems
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
• Proven ability to contribute to large-scale, high-availability platforms
• Good understanding of backend security principles and best practices
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-evolving environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Nice to have: experience with blockchain integrations, Redis or message queues, and languages such as Ruby, Rust, or C++
