What We'll Bring:
The Senior Advisor, Partner Market Development is responsible for working across the TransUnion organization to achieve revenue growth via third-party providers in the U.S. Card & Banking business. As part of the Card & Banking vertical team, this individual will help define and maintain an ongoing partnership and distribution strategy for a segment of customers that includes the top credit card issuers as well as over 5,000 banks and credit unions.
What You'll Bring:
Impact you'll make:

• Serve as the primary interface for the line of business to partner with sales, platform management, and other TU teams
• Identify and prioritize key partner development opportunities for both new and existing partnerships or distribution channels that enable the adoption of TransUnion products at scale
• Accelerate and demonstrate revenue momentum through partners and distribution channels
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the line of business and sales teams, providing a point of view on both provider landscape and the value of TU capabilities when delivered through or in partnership with various third parties
• Create, maintain and disseminate content and points of view that help the broader TU organization understand the Card & Banking partner landscape
• Gain organizational buy-in on and commitment to partnership roadmaps, securing and articulating key initiatives and milestones
• Track progress against near and longer-term business goals, ensuring continual progress on the three-year operating plan
• Install regular touch-points with internal teams, creating and maintaining channels to communicate progress to internal stakeholders
• Support key in-year initiatives critical to the achievement of the annual operating plan, including product introductions, customer migrations, and focused sales campaigns
• Advocate for the voice of the market across the TransUnion matrix, including product development and marketing initiatives
• Support the continued transformation of TransUnion from a data provider to a solutions-based consultative business partner by successfully interfacing with, and gaining internal support from, all facets of the TransUnion organization

• Strong understanding of technology providers and platform ecosystem surrounding U.S. financial institutions
• Sound understanding of lending and credit functions within a financial institution
• Ability to organize, lead and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and execute business priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into strategic advice
• Solid organizational, project management, problem solving and decision making skills with a high degree of comfort managing multiple assignments
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders within an organization
• Desire to produce high quality work
• Ability to travel up to 50%

What we'd love to see:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, economics or marketing (or relevant work experience)
• Master's degree in business, finance, economics or leadership (but not required)
• A minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience, gained working in or around bank or credit union technologies, lending, risk or analytics environments
