Senior AE Manager

At Alma, we're looking for an exceptional and experienced Senior AE Manager to join our team. As a Senior AE Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and managing a team of high-performing sales representatives. This position reports to the Director of Sales and is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a high transaction sales pipeline for your team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales quotas - building enthusiasm and celebrating wins!
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 9 sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles
  • Implement and utilize a sales methodology to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales data, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders such as the Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Experience teams, to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Provide constructive and objective feedback to individuals and the team, supporting their professional growth and enhancing overall performance
  • Conduct sales trainings to equip the team with the skills and knowledge necessary for success
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment, making decisions through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying high volume inside technology sales, consistently delivering top sales performance.
  • You have 4+ years of quota hitting management experience in a high volume sales environment, with a track record of hiring, supporting, and promoting sales representatives in closing roles.
  • You have experience implementing sales methodologies and using Salesforce for sales operations and analysis.
  • You have experience facilitating and developing inclusive sales trainings.
  • You possess strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives, building trust and collaborating with stakeholders across functions.
  • You have a proven ability to provide intentional feedback, positively impacting individual and team performance.
  • You have experience working with diverse teams and demonstrate a high level of cultural competence.
  • You are passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Salary: $140,000
On Target Commission: $80,000
