Senior AEM Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior AEM Developer to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service and Java 11.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Get involved in site implementation for international clients
• Help design the architecture of the solution
• Collaborate daily with the team and customer to find solutions to problems
• Discuss customer requirements, design and propose the most optimal way for development
• Design and implement solutions to digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the Adobe EM product suite
• Participate in technical problem resolution, providing critical thinking on the development approach
• Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation
• Adopt and utilize iterative/Agile methodology as needed or requested
• Ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years of J2EE development experience
• 3+ years of experience implementing AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) solutions
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager related technologies: OSGi, Java Content Repository, Apache Sling
• Good understanding of at least 1 public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong experience with modern JS frameworks, like React or Angular, ideally building websites utilizing them in pair with AEM
• Deep knowledge of AEM MSM concepts
• Version control: Git
• Build frameworks: Maven
• Problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Wider experience across Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
• Experience building headless solutions on AEM
