This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing, data-driven SaaS environment focused on transforming how organizations manage and optimize business spend. You will play a key role in shaping financial strategy through advanced modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis that directly influences executive decision-making. Working closely with Finance, RevOps, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure financial clarity, consistency, and operational alignment across the business. The environment is highly collaborative and analytical, with a strong emphasis on automation, modern tooling, and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled finance workflows, helping embed smarter, faster ways of working across the team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and strategic storytelling.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making by building scalable models, delivering insights, and improving financial processes across the organization. You will combine analytical rigor with business partnership to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Build and maintain driver-based financial models tied to key business assumptions such as headcount, revenue growth, and pipeline performance.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews.
  • Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to monitor SaaS KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment across systems.
  • Drive improvements in planning cycles, reporting processes, and financial tooling.
  • Champion the use of AI and modern analytics tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, and narrative development.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as needed.
  • Requirements

You bring strong FP&A experience and a highly analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights. You are comfortable working independently in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoy collaborating across teams.

    • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or other data-driven analytical roles.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience handling large and complex datasets.
    • Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metrics.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
    • Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
    • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in finance and operations.
    • Nice to have: experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or modern BI platforms.
    • Benefits

      • Remote-first work environment within Canada with flexible working arrangements
      • Competitive base salary (approx. $80,000–$90,000 CAD, based on experience) plus bonus, equity, and benefits
      • Stock options enabling shared ownership in the company’s success
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage with wellness spending account
      • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health and wellbeing support
      • Flexible time off and responsible vacation policy
      • Remote work flexibility with autonomy over schedule and location within Canada
      • Learning and development opportunities, including community initiatives and volunteer days
      • Inclusive and people-first culture that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives
