This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A in Canada.
This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing, data-driven SaaS environment focused on transforming how organizations manage and optimize business spend. You will play a key role in shaping financial strategy through advanced modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis that directly influences executive decision-making. Working closely with Finance, RevOps, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure financial clarity, consistency, and operational alignment across the business. You will also contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled finance workflows, helping embed smarter, faster ways of working across the team. Accountabilities
In this role, you will support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making by building scalable models, delivering insights, and improving financial processes across the organization. You will combine analytical rigor with business partnership to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models tied to key business assumptions such as headcount, revenue growth, and pipeline performance.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to monitor SaaS KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment across systems.
- Drive improvements in planning cycles, reporting processes, and financial tooling.
- Champion the use of AI and modern analytics tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, and narrative development.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or other data-driven analytical roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience handling large and complex datasets.
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metrics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in finance and operations.
- Nice to have: experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or modern BI platforms.
