In this role, you will support the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale learning and development programs within a fast-paced, AI-driven talent and skilling environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program operations, strong learner engagement, and high stakeholder satisfaction. Acting as a key operational driver, you will track performance metrics, manage coordination efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement of learning experiences. You will play an important role in aligning program delivery with business objectives while ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Accountabilities:
- Support end-to-end program management activities, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and delivery of learning initiatives
- Assist in scheduling, resource coordination, and operational execution of training and learning programs
- Track program performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams, learners, and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery
- Identify operational gaps and contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Support stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with program goals and expectations
- Assist in managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation for program activities
- Analyze feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of learner experience and program outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, or learning program coordination
- Experience in EdTech, learning operations, or training program environments is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, reporting dashboards, and project management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Exposure to instructional design or learning pedagogy is a plus
