We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Analyst to join the Provider Business Operations team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in assessing current data architecture, partnering cross functionally to bring our analytical capabilities to the next level, and supporting sustainable growth via forward facing supply-side analytics. Â
We're looking for someone with strong analytical chops combined with significant business acumen. You’ll work closely with operational stakeholders to deeply understand Spring Health’s provider strategy and operational needs and take that expertise and collaborate with product, engineering, data science and IT colleagues to build new analytics tools (reports, dashboards, capacity models, etc.) to support growth and operational priorities. This position will report to the Associate Director, Provider Business Operations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading advanced data analysis and predictive modeling projects focused on capacity planning, resourcing, and other strategic service delivery initiatives
- Collaborating closely with the Provider Operations team to understand their strategic goals and use data insights to develop actionable recommendations for network expansion and optimization.
- Building and maintaining sophisticated models to forecast demand, provider capacity, and service utilization patternsÂ
- Supporting strategic planning initiatives with analytics and modeling needs - (ex. market assessments, competitive intelligence, and go to market planning)
- Working with PBO Analyst to design, maintain and produce executive-level dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, progress against strategic goals, and overall network performance
- Providing strategic insights to senior management, guiding decision-making processes with data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.
- Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Product teams to align data analytics efforts with broader organizational goals and support budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
- Utilizing a variety of data sources, including electronic health records, claims data, and internal operational data, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the provider network and levers to drive growth and improvement
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A background in healthcare, finance, PE, or consulting is a plus
- Proven experience as an analyst or similar role, with a focus on predictive modeling, strategic planning, and data-driven decision support
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., Excel/Sheets, SQL, Python, R) with experience in developing predictive models for supply and capacity planning
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to create compelling and interactive dashboards for executive-level reporting
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple analytical projects simultaneously and delivering results within tight timelines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex analyses and findings to various audiences, including senior management and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying strategic opportunities and operational improvements.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to contribute beyond core job responsibilities to support the company's growth.

The target salary range for this position is $97,700 - $114,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
