Senior Application Developer

You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system design to coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into reliable technical solutions. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery across the full application lifecycle.

• Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex application enhancements and new features.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established engineering standards and SDLC practices.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant applications using modern architectures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide production support, including issue resolution, release deployments, and on-call responsibilities when required.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery that meets performance, security, and maintainability standards.
• Document technical designs, participate in walkthroughs, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering expertise, architectural thinking, and experience building scalable applications in complex environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development using modern programming languages (e.g., .NET, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Strong experience with scalable system design, algorithms, data structures, and software architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with web services and APIs (REST, JSON, HTTPS).
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server (MSSQL) and working with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular).
• Ability to translate UI/UX designs, mockups, and user stories into functional applications.
• Experience building maintainable, efficient, and production-ready code in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to healthcare IT or regulated industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts (e.g., NLP, deep learning) is an advantage.
