You’ll collaborate closely with security, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure systems are both secure and user-friendly. With full ownership from design to deployment, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building impactful solutions from the ground up.

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools that automate operational workflows and improve efficiency
• Leverage AI and automation technologies to streamline repetitive processes across teams
• Own and manage identity and access systems, including provisioning, permissions, and lifecycle management
• Enhance device and endpoint infrastructure, ensuring reliability, compliance, and performance
• Integrate and optimize SaaS platforms to create cohesive and interoperable systems
• Partner with security teams to ensure systems meet both usability and compliance standards
• Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, from architecture and implementation to long-term maintenance and improvements
• Document systems, processes, and best practices to support scalability and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles
• Strong experience building and maintaining internal tools and infrastructure used at scale
• Proficiency in integrating APIs, SaaS platforms, and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management systems (e.g., Okta or similar tools)
• Experience with endpoint and device management solutions (e.g., MDM tools for macOS environments)
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools applied to real-world workflows and automation
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and system reliability principles
• Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-oriented mindset
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and adapt in fast-paced environments
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration
