Acting as both an engineer and a systems thinker, you’ll leverage automation and emerging AI technologies to eliminate manual workflows and create seamless integrations across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with security, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure systems are both secure and user-friendly. With full ownership from design to deployment, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building impactful solutions from the ground up.
Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain internal tools that automate operational workflows and improve efficiency
- Leverage AI and automation technologies to streamline repetitive processes across teams
- Own and manage identity and access systems, including provisioning, permissions, and lifecycle management
- Enhance device and endpoint infrastructure, ensuring reliability, compliance, and performance
- Integrate and optimize SaaS platforms to create cohesive and interoperable systems
- Partner with security teams to ensure systems meet both usability and compliance standards
- Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, from architecture and implementation to long-term maintenance and improvements
- Document systems, processes, and best practices to support scalability and knowledge sharing
- 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles
- Strong experience building and maintaining internal tools and infrastructure used at scale
- Proficiency in integrating APIs, SaaS platforms, and automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management systems (e.g., Okta or similar tools)
- Experience with endpoint and device management solutions (e.g., MDM tools for macOS environments)
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools applied to real-world workflows and automation
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and system reliability principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and adapt in fast-paced environments
