Senior Application Scientist - Life Science Technical Support (HYBRID)

As part of the Global Technical Support Team collaborate with Global Service providing product support, escalation management and new product development insight for Life Science Clinical Flow Cytometry systems with a focus on Cloud-Based Software Data Analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Own technical escalation of product related application issues.
• Own Product Line Escalations of product related application issues.
• Developing expert level knowledge of existing methods and assigned cloud-based data analysis products.
• Train field based applications, call center, and customer instructors
• May provide input to development projects as a customer advocate
• May provide input to test design for verification of workflow
• Active engagement in the Early Response Team process for product introductions to bias product success
• Ensuring all safety, quality and regulatory requirements are in compliance with standards and agencies such as: ISO, GMP and FDA
• Maintain accurate and timely record keeping within a learning management system (LMS) for all personal training as well as any training delivered
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to utilize DBS for ongoing process improvement.
• International and domestic travel is required approximately 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological science, Master's or PhD preferred
• Experience with Flow Cytometry, Cytobank and/or other Cytometry Software
• Experience with bioinformatics and clinical data analysis
• Experience applying and optimizing machine learning algorithms for data analysis

Expected results:

• Contain Red level escalations within 5 days
• New product deliverables complete to plan
