Job Summary: Senior Bid Coordinators perform tasks that marshal bid and proposal activities through stages and ensure that administratively they comply with all requirements of the Capture, Bid, and Proposal process. Senior Bid Coordinators support high-quality, competitive bids and proposals of small to midsize opportunities. Incumbents will identify resources for bids and work independently with program managers, service managers, business development team members, and other operational team members, to compile collateral and deliverables for the Capture, Bid, and Proposals process, and ensure compliance with the requirements. The Senior Bid Coordinator will have budget oversight of small bids and may lead other bid coordinators. This position typically works under close supervision and direction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the timely submission of Cubic bids and proposals
• Coordination of small to midsize, multi-disciplinary proposal development teams on the production of high-quality, innovative bids, and proposals, within the Cubic governance framework.
• Coordination and management of high quality, competitive bids and proposals from interest stage to full tender submission for a wide range of small to midsize opportunities ranging from
