Senior Business Analyst
 Simple Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a Business Analyst to add to our team.
Quick Position Overview:

- 7 years' position related experience within the past 10 years
 The Role:Â
The Business Analyst will provide consultative services required to administer programs throughout all phases of business requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation. In this role the candidate will review and identify budget, program resources, business and system software integration requirements, and any risks that may impact project success. The Business Analyst is also responsible for technological solutions as needed.
The Business Analyst at STS will:Â
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to clearly communicate requirements
- Translate business needs into application and operational requirements
- Gathers and documents business, functional, and technical requirements as necessary
- Produce reports on application development and implementation
- Identification of issues and resolution by interacting with stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with senior executives, business personnel, software developers, testers, architects, and engineers
Experience and Education:Â
Required
- US CitizenshipÂ
- 7 years’ position related experience within the past 10 years
- Agile software development experience
- Experience implementing and training on new systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members.
