Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll use your passion for agile methodology, to write clear and concise user stories, and can quickly deconstruct how web applications work; with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do: 

• Work as a part of an agile software development team to deliver new functionality to users of public facing web sites that directly impact the mission of key federal agencies via cutting technologies.
• Write user stories, plan epics, and document requirements.
• Optimize agile team performance through the creation of clear, concise, and testable user stories.
• Collaborate as part of a broader agile development team, own your work, and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• 4+ years of experience focusing on business architecture analysis and UX/UI Design.
• 1 year experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for a production system.
• 1 year of UX/UI Design experience with the ability to perform, but not limited to impact mapping, design-thinking, and facilitate/coordinate business architecture working groups.
• 4 years of program/project experience, 2 of which can be part of an education program.
• You have the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
