Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in business processes and system requirements to deliver strategic recommendations and implement Salesforce solutions. This role is critical in aligning business objectives with operational efficiency, with a focus on Customer Data Management processes in the Manufacturing domain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery and analysis of business processes and system requirements
• Develop and maintain EPIC-level backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Define and align personas to business objectives
• Prepare and refine Business Process Architecture (L1/L2) documentation
• Collaborate as a Data Cloud stream Business Analyst during implementation phases
• Partner with stakeholders to recommend Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Proven experience in business analysis with a focus on Customer Data Management processes
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and Customer Data Management processes in the Manufacturing domain
• Expertise in personas identification and alignment
• Ability to prepare and document Business Process Architecture (L1/L2)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Data Cloud
• Problem-solving mindset and strong presentation skills
• English proficiency at a B2+ level
