Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and define business requirements and objectives• Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and analytical workflows to collect, organize, and validate data from various sources• Perform advanced data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and management• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization by analyzing existing workflows, data flows, and business operations• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with business goals• Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data outputs• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful implementation of data solutions• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and agile methodologies• Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing technical expertise and support as needed

This would be a hybrid role going into the office in Weston, FL 3 days/week

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience. A Master's degree is preferred• Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in an agile environment• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions

Preferred Qualifications:• Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.• PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certification
