In this high-impact commercial role, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships across performance marketing and digital advertising ecosystems. You will own the full business development cycle, from identifying new opportunities and building pipelines to negotiating and closing high-value deals. Working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to accelerate commercial performance. You will also play a key role in shaping scalable growth frameworks and entering new markets based on data-driven insights. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with direct influence on revenue generation and business expansion. Accountabilities:

  • Drive new revenue generation by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value commercial opportunities across performance marketing and digital verticals.
  • Own the full new business acquisition cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure with advertisers and partners.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across CPI, CPA, CPL, mobile performance, and enterprise advertising segments.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that support market expansion and long-term business growth.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, advertisers, and industry decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on growth objectives and optimize customer outcomes.
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and growth opportunities through data analysis and competitive research.
  • Support retention and expansion efforts by driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with platforms, networks, publishers, and technology partners to enhance commercial reach.
  • Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within performance marketing, mobile acquisition, affiliate marketing, or digital media.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
    • Strong understanding of performance-based models such as CPI, CPA, and CPL.
    • Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
    • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Strong commercial mindset with skills in forecasting and proposal development.
    • Nice to have: experience in mobile-first advertising, SaaS, or enterprise client environments.
