Senior Business Systems Analyst

The mission of a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Syndigo is to be able to leverage the capabilities of back-end-office systems, including but not limited to; Salesforce, NetSuite, FormAssemble, and to help keep business processes moving forward smoothly at Syndigo. This role will be be responsible for providing and implementing best-practice solutions to the business while maintaining the integrity of the systems and their data. The focus will be on the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce platform, and by partnering with others in the business applications team, ensuring data quality, delivering timely reporting, and implementing changes with minimal disruption to workflows. It'll be a role that requires strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting and a proactive mind. The perfect candidate for this role should be able to articulate the path to solving any problem, is a self-starter, works good in a team setting, and is able to handle a fast paced working environment.
This role will be remote.
HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

• Help manage and maintain back-end-office systems, including Salesforce
• Troubleshoot, identify root cause, find & implement solutions
• Be responsible for any technical documentation necessary for solutions and bug tracking
• Assist the other members of the Business Systems team in completing Salesforce Requests submitted by the business. These range anywhere from bug fixes to larger projects
• Manage platform updates to Salesforce, and communicate to end users
• Monitor and improve the quality of data between our business systems. Reporting inefficiencies or discrepancies in a timely manner while helping work toward a solution.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

• 5+ year of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong problem solving skills
• Basic understanding of best practice activities in relation to data flow and system integrations
• Basic understanding of Object Oriented Data Model
• Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience
