Summary: This Sr. Campaign Manager is a marketing-savvy lead driver who loves elevating existing products to match prospects' needs to build demand for the company! This position is responsible for crafting/handling our campaigns, leading campaign deadlines, working cross-functionally within marketing teams to execute campaigns, and tracking and reporting on campaign success and key KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Devise, coordinate and implement demand generation campaigns utilizing an omni-channel approach based on marketing segments to gain new customers.
- Build sales cadences such that the right marketing or sales message is delivered to the right person at the right time to build a cohesive and phenomenal experience for prospects driven to us by our marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to implement campaign tasks and create new content.
- Apply ABM strategy to effectively target and market our target industries, accounts, and personas.
- Create and manage thoughtful nurture strategies that keep Onbe top-of-mind for our prospective buyers and keep them warm for sales.
- Provide insights, analytics, and recommendations on campaign and content results.
- Develop and streamline the campaign creation process- including templates, project management, results tracking, and pre-and post-campaign playbooks.
- Manage and coordinate our webinar strategy and playbook via GoToWebinar, and webinar sponsorship opportunities with associations.
- Develop and implement new strategies to help Onbe and our solutions get in front of our target audience.
- Passion for conversion optimization, results, and metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation (Campaigns, Attribution, Lead Management).
- Experience with Hubspot, GoToWebinar and ABM technology.
- Campaign and/or program management experience, both planning and execution.
- Strong experience building and owning champion campaign flows to drive pipeline.
- Experience working closely with SDR/BDR teams and creating messaging and copy.
This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbeβs employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
