Responsibilities & duties will include, but are not limited to: 

(1) Identify opportunities for new and existing clients to develop software that meets client needs and contributes to Unqork's growth

(2) Manage relationships with senior client executives to understand their strategic goals and partner with them to design solutions by using the Unqork platform and industry expertise

(3) Manage the delivery of Unqork's commitments to clients by overseeing the delivery of digital solutions in partnership with several teams across implementation, product, architecture, engineering, UX, and information security

(4) Proactively bring financial services industry expertise to promote solutioning

(5) Pioneer new solutions and work with our teams to build them into Unqork's offerings

(6) Lead development of internal team processes and help establish a growing team

Requirements: 

(1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science 

(2) Ten years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects in management consulting or enterprise software at Partner, Managing Director or Director levels

(3) Experience building relationships with senior executives and using domain expertise to translate complex client needs into implementable solutions

(4) Expertise in at least one of the following industries: Asset Management, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Banking, or Payments

(5) Experience delivering high-quality technical implementations or digital transformations with tight deadlines 

(6) Opportunity to work from home, anywhere in the United States

The US base salary range, across all Unqork US locations, for this full-time position is $173,300 - $297,100  + bonus + equity + perks/benefits. An individual employee’s salary within the range provided above depends on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the working location, role, skillset and level of experience of such employee. Please note that the salary range reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity or perks/benefits.
