Senior Commercial Product Manager - Oncology Diagnostics
Job Description
We believe there is a smarter, more data-driven way to make decisions in healthcare. As we grow our platform and application functionality, we need Product Managers to own the lifecycle - Join us as a Senior Product Manager for one of our oncology applications.
We have a broad range of product lines including:
Comprehensive Genomics Profiling, Liquid Biopsy and Homologous Recombination deficiency Solutions
These are remote/field-based hires across EMEA and NORAM, including up to 30% domestic & international travel.

Your Mission
This role is part of the Product Management Department and reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management. Your goal is to bring new products to market and constantly monitor and improve the product portfolio and act as a champion for his/her product line to maximize revenue and profit of the company.
What you'll achieve
- Leading the product development life cycle
- Collaborate closely with customers for continuous product improvement
- Building go-to-market plans for product launches
- Build and acquire expert product line knowledge, partnering with regional field & marketing sales teams as a product champion
- Define product strategy, product messaging and pricing strategies
- Drive further internal collaboration as a product champion interacting with Marketing, Data Science, R&D, Production and Sales/Commercial teams.
Requirements
Your Background
- 8+ years of relevant experience, in the life science, clinical research or diagnostics field
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or similar with a proven track record of launching products and go-to marketing strategy
- Previous sales or commercially focused field role in clinical products desirable
- Therapeutic area knowledge of Oncology applications in the solid tumors is a must and focus on homolguous deficiency, comprehensive genomic proficiling and/or liquid biopsy is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of NGS workflow technologies and understanding of bioinformatics analysis
- Solid written and verbal communication skills including communicating complex scientific topics in simple terms to internal and external partners.

This is a remote/field-based hire with domestic & International business travel expected at 30% - You'll need to be comfortable and able to do this.
