Senior Consultant, CRM

Our team is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. You will drive onboarding and training for our customers through the initial phases of the customer journey. This includes managing project timelines and budgets, aligning client business requirements to product configuration, and ensuring our customers quickly realize the value of their investment. 

What You’ll Do  

• Meet with clients to plan project objectives, verify scope, establish timelines, and ensure successful implementation
• Guide internal resources as they relate to assigned projects to maximize efficiency and value (e.g., data migration and data integration resources) 
• Achieve Professional Services targets (e.g., Time-to-Value, CSAT, Budgeted Delivered Hours, Realization, Utilization)  
• Lead implementation and integrated solutions on-time and in-budget 
• Work with client stakeholders and our team of data specialists to translate client data from multiple sources into functional data in our solution 
• Analyze client business needs to ensure the software meets their objectives, combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen 
• Facilitate healthy and robust collaboration between internal and external project stakeholders 
• Become an expert in the software and effectively communicate product features and functionality 
• Demonstrate products and plan, develop, and conduct end-user training to stakeholders remotely or onsite 
• Resolve complex customer escalations as they arise 

Your First 90 Days  

In your first 30 Days, you will complete new hire, review your onboarding plan, and begin building relationships with your teammates through 1:1s. You will set-up your demo account, begin understanding our internal tools, attend all available training sessions and webinars, and you will shadow client calls.

In your first 60 Days, you will continue to shadow client calls while beginning to take ownership of your first project with the support of your mentor and team. You will continue to work through your defined onboarding plan and will reach 25% realization target.

In your first 90 Days, you will take full ownership of new projects and will be proficient in Unanet’s features. You will reach a 65% realization target.

About You  

• 5+ years of B2B software implementation experience  
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to hold internal and external teams accountable to deadlines and milestones 
• Exceptional organizational, documentation, and time management skills 
• Ability to take strategic concepts and turn them into actionable plans
• Ability to travel up to 10% on an annual basis 

Your Differentiators  

• Prior experience within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry preferred
• Experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions preferred
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Bachelor’s degree

The salary range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $115,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
