Senior Consultant - Delivery Manager

This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, agile execution, and client-facing consulting, supporting complex cloud and software transformation initiatives. You will work within cross-functional agile teams to ensure high-quality delivery across the full software development lifecycle, helping clients realize measurable business value from their technology investments. Acting as a key delivery partner, you will coordinate planning, execution, and release activities while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations. You will also play an important role in shaping project governance, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. Operating in a fast-paced consulting environment, you will contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support innovation in delivery practices. • Lead and support delivery activities across the full SDLC within agile, cloud-based transformation projects
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, including critical paths, dependencies, sequencing, and release schedules
• Manage Agile delivery workflows using tools such as Azure DevOps and Atlassian products
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of project milestones and delivery commitments
• Define and manage release planning and transition of software into production and operational support environments
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders, ensuring expectations are understood and managed effectively
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, implementing structured mitigation and escalation processes
• Track and manage project budgets (T&M and fixed price), including forecasting and scenario planning
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve blockers to maintain project momentum
• Foster a collaborative team environment while providing clear direction and escalation when needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within delivery management practices and competency groups
• Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to presales and business development opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience delivering complex software or cloud-based projects within Agile environments
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile delivery methodologies
• Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and delivery schedules
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing and aligning senior business and technical stakeholders
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and project governance frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent small-to-medium projects and budgets effectively
• Strong communication skills, including presentation and facilitation across diverse audiences
• Commercial awareness with experience managing financial aspects of delivery (T&M and fixed-price models)
• Analytical mindset with ability to perform forecasting, scenario planning, and margin analysis
• Curiosity and openness to new technologies, tools, and AI-driven delivery improvements
