This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Outbound Program Manager based in United States.

This role is a strategic, data-driven position at the center of the outbound sales engine, responsible for transforming large prospect databases into clear, actionable sales plays that drive pipeline growth. You will define where to focus, how to segment audiences, and how to position messaging that converts across multiple channels. Working closely with sales teams, you will translate real-time field feedback into scalable outbound programs that continuously improve performance. The role blends analytical rigor with hands-on collaboration, requiring close engagement with SDRs and AEs to refine outreach strategies. You will own the architecture of outbound motions across messaging, segmentation, and sequencing. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly shapes revenue generation efficiency and sales effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and execute outbound sales programs by segmenting large CRM databases into high-value ICP-driven audiences and actionable prospect lists.
  • Develop structured, repeatable outbound “plays” that guide sales teams on targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to gather field insights and continuously refine messaging, positioning, and targeting based on real-time feedback.
  • Create high-conversion outbound messaging across email, call scripts, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel sequences.
  • Partner with growth operations and demand generation teams to optimize data quality, minimize audience overlap, and improve targeting efficiency.
  • Monitor performance of outbound programs, analyzing win/loss trends, conversion metrics, and pipeline impact to refine strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement of outbound processes through experimentation, A/B testing, and iteration on messaging and segmentation strategies.
  • Requirements:

    • 5–7+ years of experience in outbound sales programs, sales enablement, demand generation, or related B2B SaaS growth roles.
    • Proven ability to segment large databases or CRMs into targeted ICP-based audiences and actionable sales lists.
    • Strong track record of simplifying complex market data into clear, executable outbound sales plays.
    • Experience writing high-conversion outbound messaging, including cold email sequences, call scripts, and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales teams (SDRs/AEs), incorporating feedback to improve outbound effectiveness.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, and data enrichment platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-velocity SaaS environments with a focus on measurable pipeline impact.
