Overview
As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll contribute to our mission by working across our marketing and design teams to craft compelling content. You set the creative bar high and are comfortable in not only taking direction, but visualizing and developing content solutions to business and creative challenges. As a stickler for details, you understand the importance of every word and can write and fine-tune copy across a variety of content types — from blogs to landing pages to push notifications.
Reporting to the Senior Content Design Director, you’ll work closely with marketing leaders, designers, and our clinical team to ensure our content is effective, accurate, and on brand.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft engaging content for human-centered marketing campaigns that resonate with our audiences, including speaking to businesses, consumers, providers, and case managers
- Create content for a variety of channels including email, blogs, social media, digital ads, SMS, posters, brochures, presentation decks, and websites
- Write and edit content to ensure brand consistency, including voice and tone, across all materials
- Collaborate with our Senior Brand Designer and internal, clinical subject matter experts (SMEs) to conceptualize and execute content
- Assist with expanding and maintaining our style guide, as needed
Who You Are:
- A journalist, brand journalist, or content marketer with 5+ years of experience creating consumer-facing content that upholds journalistic best practices
- An adept writer who can translate clinical topics into conversational, service-driven copy
- An empathetic editor with an eye for detail who knows fact-checking is part of the job
- A discerning researcher who knows their way around databases like PubMed and is allergic to cherry-picking studies
- A conscientious and kind team player who communicates thoughtfully
- Someone who believes strongly in increasing access to evidence-based mental health care
Why You Should Join Our Team:
