Senior Conversion Designer - UI/UX

  Seamless.AI is seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Conversion Designer -UI/UX, to join our dynamic marketing team. The Senior Conversion Designer will be instrumental in driving growth by optimizing the UI, UX, and conversion rates at each stage of the customer lifecycle, including our website, web app, paid media campaigns, and other digital touchpoints. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a critical role in shaping our customer acquisition strategies.  

• Develop, implement, and design a comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategy to drive growth across our web pages and the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and content to optimize the user experience and ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
• Use a data-driven approach to analyze and improve the website, landing pages, and paid media performance metrics.
• Create custom animations to support product education and conversion rates 
• Create detailed dashboards for tracking the performance of conversion strategies.
• Optimize webpage design, UX / UI, etc. to maximize conversions by evaluating strategies to improve conversion rates, cost per conversion, and return on investment.
• Continually assess competitor strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvements.
• Drive conversion rate growth by testing and optimizing messaging, user flows, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.

• 8+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, HTML/CSS, UI and Front End Development 
• Advanced experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop 
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, FullStory, Hotjar etc. 
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing conversion rates for websites, landing pages, and paid media campaigns directly tied to business outcomes. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
