The Senior Creative Engineer II will be the senior developer within the Creative Services group helping other team members as needed. This person will bring extensive creative development experience specifically within the media and advertising space. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape with an emphasis on dynamic creative (display and video).
The Senior Creative Engineer II will be responsible for picking up and completing complex development tasks that require the building of new, unique frameworks, follow development best practices, and implementing feed solutions (as needed). This role works hand in hand with Creative Producers and Client Success to scope, manage, and support client projects occasionally being brought into conversations in the pre-sales stages for their expertise and feedback on campaign ideas.
This position will also serve as the escalation resource for solutions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the wider creative services team. This role may also function as technical producers, where necessary and coordinate with Producers for the technical aspects of build requirements and feed requests.Â
What You Will Do:
- Sell Flashtalking Enterprise Solutions
- Cultivate leads for the sales pipeline
- Develop strategic proposals to gain new business
- Drive net new revenue
- Work closely with internal account management and solutions engineering team
- Coordinate cross-sell and up-sell strategies with existing clients and accounts
- Collaborate with finance to produce contracts in accordance with the scope of work and with company policy.
- Maintain salesforce.com reporting as directed by the sales organization.
- Achieve/exceed revenue goals
Who You Are:
- Self-starter, driven, motivated, confident, agile, problem solver, consultative
- BS/BA preferred in a field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
- In-depth knowledge of the marketing ecosystem across vendors, agencies, and advertisers, with specific knowledge of advanced digital marketing techniques - social media and CTV a plus
- Track record of success with large deal pursuits; finding, managing, and closing high-level business sales
- Successful history selling into brands direct or working with agency holding companies
- Excellent presentation and oral/written communication skills
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in advertising technology, to executive level contacts
