Senior Curriculum Manager, Generative AI

Job Description:
The role of Senior Curriculum Manager, Generative AI is responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of curated technology curricula within the domain of Generative AI, across all content mediums supported by the Pluralsight platform. Senior Curriculum Managers set the strategy for their content area and are responsible for curriculum planning and management at the skill level. Senior Curriculum Managers work under the direction of a Director of Curriculum and collaborate with counterparts across the Skills Organization to facilitate operational activities for all stages of the content creation pipeline, from expert recruitment to content publication and lifecycle management. Senior Curriculum Managers are experts in the craft of curriculum design and share this expertise through mentorship of Curriculum Designers and Curriculum Managers.

What you'll own:

• Curriculum strategy for the Generative AI domain, with minimal guidance provided by curriculum leadership
• The development, publication and maintenance of curriculum roadmaps for the Generative AI domain, across all platform-supported content types

• Management of a specific area of the library of published courses
• Guidance given to Author Community Managers and Project Coordinator in the evaluation, development and approval of prospective authors and content proposals
• Collaboration with other teams to develop tooling and workflows for the implementation of curriculum plans across all stages of the content creation pipeline
• Mentorship of Curriculum Designers and Curriculum Managers

Experience you'll need:

• A proven track record in technical education with deep knowledge of instructional design principles, techniques and approaches
• Knowledge of the Generative AI domain and/or technical community demonstrated through practitioner experience, education, certification, conference speaking and organizing, etc
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly research, analyze and comprehend the necessary topical areas at a planning level
• Familiarity with audio and video production, or other types of graphical communication
