We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our team! This role can work remotely but must be located in the eastern time zone.

In this role, you will work with a team of senior engineers on our new cloud platform. These teams are responsible for the architecture, design, and development of a cloud native, multitenant SaaS product for authentication and access management. Imprivata is the #1 solution provider in this product domain for healthcare with its leading products, OneSign and Confirm ID. You will be one of the team's Data Analytics Engineer for one of the scrum teams, creating detailed component designs in close collaboration with our architects, and helping the team(s) implement data models for backend services. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of tough technical problems and who wants to work on products helping millions of healthcare users every day in saving time, reducing frustration, and providing better patient care. We need someone with a passion for building world-class applications and desire to make an impact on our organization and on real world problems.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement and maintain data pipelines and data lake/warehouse
• Develop datasets from various microservices providing insightful summaries and reports
• Provide leadership in delivering and tracking sprint commitments in coordination with leads, scrum masters and product owners
• Write technical design documents in collaboration with architects
• Validate technical designs against business requirements and architecture
• Do code reviews and approval of pull requests in Git
• Communicate with other teams/leads and software vendors
• Working with Product managers and architects in solutioning of various use cases and business workflows
• Mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional data analytics experience
• Experience with data visualization tools
• SQL/NoSQL/Database experience
• Knowledge of cloud-deployed SaaS architectures
• Experience in creating technical design documents
• Excellent problem solving, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Sisense

Desired Skills

• Proficiency with SQL
• Understanding of Microservices architecture
• Understanding principles of building Data pipeline for Data Lake/Warehouse
• Experience in Technical Designs creation
• Ability to research and build proof-of-concepts for new business and technical requirements
• Experience working with Snowflake is a plus
• Good communication and people skills
• Understanding of modern CI/CD concepts
