Stenn are looking for a Senior Data Annotator. Could this be you?
You probably want to know whatโs involved?
Our Annotator's play a pivotal role in our data annotation team. Your primary responsibilities will include validating and correcting data extracted from deal documents and annotating complex financial documents from various countries. Most documents are in English, and knowledge of Spanish is considered a valuable asset. As a Senior Annotator, you will be expected to provide guidance to junior annotators and contribute to improving our annotation processes.
How will we measure success in this role?
At the end of your first year as a Senior Annotator, success will be defined by your consistent delivery of highly accurate annotated data. Your guidance to junior annotators should have positively impacted the team's efficiency and overall performance. You should be recognized for your expertise in annotating financial documents from various countries and contributing to improved annotation processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and your dedication to maintaining data quality will be key indicators of your success.
How do you know if you are the right candidate?
You will be detail oriented, structured thinker that can clearly communicate complex topics. Currently you have hands on experience building products and/or features, experience making business cases or conducting data analysis and familiarity with modern design principles (for example UX or Design Thinking).
